Returns & Replacements
30-Day Damage Replacement: If your order arrives damaged or breaks soon after arrival, notify us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional charge.

30-Day Return Policy: If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee applies.
Warranty Coverage
One-Year Limited Warranty: We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase on manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Proof of purchase required. This could be a store receipt, order number, or confirmation email for purchases outside VITRIware.com.
- Glass Breakage Exclusion: While we ensure the highest quality in our glassware, we cannot cover broken glass, as it is difficult to determine the cause of damage.
- Additional Exclusions: normal wear and tear, misuse, commercial use, or damage arising from accidents unrelated to manufacturing defects (e.g., dropping the product).
- If your product has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it with the same or a comparable item. If the item has been discontinued and a suitable replacement is unavailable then a refund will be issued.
How to Request a Warranty Claim or Return
1. Contact Us – Email sales@vitriware.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
2. Receive Authorization – We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number for eligible returns or warranty claims.
3. Ship Your Product – We recommend shipping with insurance and retaining tracking information. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please do not return or ship damaged product.

4. Processing Time – We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us by email at sales@vitriware.com or by phone at 844-848-4874.
