Time zone: All cutoff times reference Eastern Time (ET).

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Order cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 pm ET process the next business day.
  • Preorders / backorders: Estimated ship windows are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Shipping Options & Estimated Transit

  • Standard (US): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited (US): 2–3 business days
  • Priority (US): 1–2 business days, carrier selection varies by destination and package size (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or equivalent). Estimates begin after your package leaves our facility and exclude weekends/holidays.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Continental U.S. orders: Free Standard Shipping for email subscribers (after discounts, before tax), non-subscribers calculated at checkout.
  • Noncontiguous U.S.: Real-time carrier rates shown at checkout.
  • Expedited/Priority: Calculated at checkout.
  • International: Real-time carrier rates shown at checkout.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Stolen)

  • Marked “delivered” but not received: Check with household members and neighbors; Look around entrances/mailrooms; Contact the carrier. If the package can’t be found, then email sales@vitriware.com within 7 days of the scanned delivery date and we’ll assist.
  • In-transit delays: Weather, carrier capacity, and customs may add time. We can help advocate with carriers, but delays outside our control aren’t refundable.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

  • PO Boxes: Available via USPS services.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: We’re happy to ship via eligible USPS methods; note extended transit times.

Holiday & Peak Periods

During peak seasons (e.g., November–December, major holidays), processing and transit times may extend by 1–3 business days. Order early to ensure on-time delivery.
